We will only shut an event down when absolutely necessary to protect the health and safety of guests and vendors.

Ticketing Policy
All sales are final.
There are no refunds on any purchases.
No exceptions will be made.
TICKET EXCHANGES: As a courtesy, guests who purchased tickets from HoldMyTicket & NM Wine and who were asked to evacuate the event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, may exchange their tickets for the next festival, the 2026 Labor Day Weekend Harvest Wine & Music Festival.

IN CASE OF EVENT CLOSURE OR POSTPONEMENT DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER UNPREDICTABLE ACTS:
Should inclement weather or other unpredictable events result in any, or all, days of a festival being partially or fully cancelled or postponed:
- Refunds are not issued on any tickets for any reason.
- TICKET EXCHANGE:
- Unused purchased tickets may be exchanged for use at the next scheduled NM Wine wine festival, the Labor Day Weekend Harvest Wine & Music Festival. Use the forms below.
- If you are unable to use your ticket, you may transfer it to a friend.
- Refunds are not issued to those unable to return to the same event or attend the next wine festival.
- We will not replace or exchange any complimentary passes or any tickets purchased from a source other than HoldMyTicket or New Mexico Wine.
UNABLE TO ATTEND?
If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be used by a friend. Unused tickets will be honored only at the next scheduled wine festival, if an exchange form below is used. Exchnage requests will not be honored past the next event.
When filling out a ticket exchange request, be sure to use the name and email address used on the original ticket order.
We can only process requests for tickets purchased directly through Hold My Ticket and New Mexico Wine.
