HELPFUL INFORMATION
We are thrilled to have you join us at the 2024 Harvest Wine & Music Festival.
Please view the map below to access the parking area for the Festival. You can also CLICK HERE for a Google Map to the parking entrance.
Upon arrival, show your VIP PARKING PASS and inform the parking attendant you are with “Wells Fargo”. They will then direct you to the VIP parking area closest to the entrance gate.
After walking into the gate – walk straight ahead, past the security line. There Festival staff will direct you to a dedicated check-in tent. Look for the Viva Vino NM Wine tent. Please have your ticket(s) and ID ready for check-in.
Upon arrival you will be provided with the following:
- Red wristband for access to the reserved seating areas.
- There will be three reserved seating areas. There will be an area in-front of each music stage and a reserved area in the Reserve Wine VIP Tent.
- A VIP wine glass for unlimited wine tastings throughout the event.
- A bottle of water.
- An NM Wine poker chip which may be exchanged for $5 off a purchase of a bottle of wine from any of the winery booths or any winery station in the Reserve Wine VIP Tent.
- A VIP Wristband for access to the Reserve Wine Tent and private executive restrooms near the Reserve Tent.
- NOTE: The Reserve Wine Tent is open from 1pm – 4pm but your red wristband will grant you access throughout the day as needed.
OTHER HELPFUL INFORMATION
- The event is strictly 21 and over
- No dogs are allowed in the park
- Bottle check is a free service where we hold your bottle purchases while you enjoy the festival.
- The Reserve Wine VIP Tent is officially open 1pm – 4pm, during which 10 wineries will be sampling and selling their finest wines and a DJ will be playing music.
- Reserve Tent Exclusive Food Vendor: Zia Bros will be serving hot fresh gourmet pizza, salads, sandwiches, and charcuterie. CLICK HERE FOR THE FULL MENU
