Global Sparkling Wine Summit
Jul 8–9, 2025
Albuquerque
The oldest grape growing region in the United States is hosting the first Global Sparkling Summit in Albuquerque, New Mexico in July 2025.
History tells of a Spanish monk who carried a bundle of vines to a small tribal village along the Rio Grande River in 1629. He established a place of worship and planted the first Mission grape vines. For 396 years New Mexicans have been growing grapes and making wine, but for the past 40 years we have built a reputation for producing premium méthode champenoise in the United States.
The Global Sparkling Summit is the first symposium and trade show in the United States dedicated to sparkling wine production by offering dedicated lectures, facility tours, and nearby vineyard visits. In a world of constant change, we want to seize this opportunity to forge a new conversation about the vitality of sparkling wine, taking care to preserve traditions while evolving and adapting to modern times.
