FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where is the event?

What forms of ID are accepted?
You must show a valid government issued photo ID including drivers license or passport. 
Vertical NM Ids are not accepted. If you have a temporary paper ID you must show a valid photo ID as well. 
No ID – No entrance – No refund. 

Are tickets sold at the door?
Yes! We always sell tickets at the gate.

Who does the Military discount apply to?
The Military discounted ticket is available to active and retired military personnel with ID, and all first responders, and their families.  

Is parking free?
Yes. 

Can I bring my kids?
No. The event is strictly 21 and over with exceptions made only for children 2 and under in strollers. 

Can I bring my dog?
No. Balloon Fiesta Park is strictly a No Dogs facility. 

What SHOULD I bring?
Factory sealed bottled water or empty personal water bottle – you can fill it with cold water at the festival. 
A HAT
Sunblock

What CAN I bring?
Umbrellas. Picnic blankets. Small bag or purse.

What can I NOT bring?
Coolers or outside food and drink (except water bottles). 
Any and all weapons including knives of any size and mace. They will be confiscated at the door.
All attendees will be subjected to bag check and metal detectors. 

Can I smoke at the event?
No. Balloon Fiesta Park is strictly a No Smoking facility, including vapes/e-cigs/cannabis. 

Is there a shuttle from nearby train or bus stations?
No. Please arrange an Uber or Lyft ride. 

Are wheelchairs available for rent?
No.

Is there Bottle Check service?
Yes. You can leave your purchased wine bottles with us for safe keeping while you enjoy the event. 

Can I open purchased wine bottles at the event?
NO! Open bottles will be confiscated by security. 

What else should I know?
We ask everyone to celebrate responsibly and arrange for a designated driver or car service.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds are issued for any reason.
